It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything on here because I’ve not been traveling for a while now. That also means that I’ve not been shooting the stills I enjoy the most (travel), however with that said I have been enjoying shooting random deaths I find in my home.
Ever since I got myself some clip-on lenses for my iPhone, I’ve been taking that extra closer look at things I would otherwise not give a second glance. This of course also obviously means that all the photos you see on this post are all shot and edited from my phone.
This random tiny bug which is about a quarter of my thumb nail was one day found dead on my study table.

Found this other tiny fella taking a rest on my sheets in the backyard and it was kind enough to let me get really up-close with it.
More dead things!
The first one is a mosquito (if you didn’t already know heh) that I killed. Oops. Well, saying no to dengue in this tropical place I call home.
Second one isn’t actually dead, it’s the exoskeleton of a teenie weenie spider.
Third one, this red ant that seemed to perhaps contorted itself to death.
Like a moth to a flame.
Really. I found this guy dead right next to the burner on my stove, though it wasn’t burnt at all. So, I really have no clue why it died right there. Strangely enough, I also found another one a few days later.
This dragonfly was found right on a shoe, dried up and well, nicely preserved.
I see a beautiful dark-skinned derriere with the skimpiest thong ever in the first photo and a cartoony looking Frankenstein face on the second.
What do you see?
Ending this post with a close-up look at layers that one of my daily staples provides. Onions have never looked so good to me.
